Today I am sharing my DIY: Halloween Lace Jars & Bottles.
These may look familiar to you, I shared them with A Rosie Sweet Home readers earlier this week!
These are a perfect addition to your spooky Halloween Decor.
I started with 1 bottle & 2 jars.
You will also need lace to cover the jars with, I picked up a $3 table cloth at the Dollar Store, I have tons left over!
You`ll also need Mod Podge, paint brush, decorative tags (I made my own) & ribbon.
I painted the jars with Mod Podge and then covered with the lace that I had cut to fit.
Add more Mod Podge as needed to keep lace in place, let dry.
I put the tags together using stickers and cardstock. I added decorative ribbon to complete the jars. And I filled with bubble gum balls and liquorice, yum!
I am really happy with the way these Lace Jars turned out and I cannot wait to display them for Halloween!
These will definitely make a great addition to my Daughters Halloween Sleepover tonight!
Today I`m sharing with you Halloween Paper Cartons & Bottles.
We are so close to Halloween now, isn’t it great!!
My Daughter wanted to have a Halloween sleepover this year. We decided to have it this Friday night.
Check out her invitation, I made it using Smilebox.
I blocked out some info on the bottom, but you get the idea!
I really love the sugar skulls, they are so popular – perfect for a tween girl Halloween Sleepover.
I also made these cartons and this bottle as part of her Halloween sleepover decor, they are too cute!
You can find the Silhouette cutting files here, here & here.
They are pretty simple to put together, here they are once they’ve been cut.
I used double sided tape when putting these together. It really only took me about 15 mins to put together 3 of these once I had them cut out. Pre-fold along all the perforations, the bottle is more tricky to put together than the cartons.
I went through my stash of Halloween embellishments and decorated the cartons just a bit!
Happy Halloween!
Stay tuned for Make the Scene Monday, it will
be live in a little while!!
