DIY: Halloween Plate

This DIY Halloween Plate is an easy Halloween craft.

While shopping at Michaels I’d saw that they had their Fall chargers on sale. I picked up this awesome orange charger knowing that I create a decorative Halloween Plate.

Supplies needed:

1 Charger in your color choice

1 8×10 sheet of white cardstock

1 8×10 sheet of black cardstock

Glitter of your color choice

Mod Podge

Apply the Mod Podge to the outer rim of the plate then cover in glitter, shake off excess.

The cut out is a Silhouette file found here.

I measured the interior of the plate surface and sized the file to match.

I ungrouped the file and cut the circle only in white cardstock and glued it to the plate.

I did cut away some white cardstock near the bottom where the stars are.

Then I opened the file again, sized it to the proper proportions and cut it out onto black cardstock.

I popped out the letters & the stars and then glued the black cardstock on top of the white.

I glued the stars as an accent on the lower right corner of the plate.

And there you have it, a quick and easy Halloween Plate.

It looks great!
